Clearing the Decks for a Duck

We had no internet for a few days this week. It was quite a shock. But it was also a blessing in disguise for finishing some projects, including this short sleeved sweater. It’s the Gentleman’s Polo pattern by Kate Oates, knitted in Rowan wool cotton and I’m very pleased with it.

Of course, trying to get a 4 year old to stand still to have a photo taken is a little bit tricky, this is the best I can manage.

I also finished a project that has been sitting around for almost a year. A repeat performance of a cushion for a friend. If you want to knit one of these, the pattern is just there on the right of this blog post.

So now I can get on with writing up the pattern for the Round Pig and I’ve started the design work on Round Duck too.
