A few months ago I started to add some knit patterns of my own design to this blog. You can see the three patterns there on the sidebar to the right. They’re free and easy to download as PDFs.
Over the weekend one of these patterns, (the Knitted Nest) received a five star rating from a Ravelry user who had finished knitting it. This has made me very happy. It means that they found the pattern easy to understand and that they liked the end result. This is the kind of feedback that knit designers love.
It reminded me that there are other statistics about my free patterns that I’ve been meaning to share with you.
The Knitted Nest pattern has been downloaded from this blog 74 times, it has 54 hearts on Ravelry and is in 15 queues and now it’s also one finished project.
The Skull & Crossbones Cushion Cover has been downloaded from this 145 times, it has 141 hearts on Ravelry and is in 53 queues including 1 unfinished project.
So are you working on one of my patterns? A free one or one you’ve bought? Come on, I know some of you are thinking about it…
