We All Make Mistakes

It can’t have escaped anyone’s notice that my time is not solely my own. I don’t lie around on a chaise longue knitting and being fed peeled grapes. Everything I do is done under pressure and under a cloud of constant tiredness. So it’s not a big surprise that I’ve made a mistake.

It’s a mistake in one of my popular patterns and one of the free downloads available from the blog. Let’s just put it this way, a Yarn Over is not a Yarn Forward.

I’ve apologised to everyone who bought the Pumpkin patterns and sent them the corrected versions. These patterns haven’t been around for longer than a week, so changing them is not a huge deal, just a bit embarassing.

The Free Knitted Nest pattern has also been subject to a mistake, so if you’ve previously downloaded this, I’m sorry.  A new, corrected version is now available.

And the guy in the photo? Well that’s Ugg, the Egg. One of the dafter ideas I’ve ever had. An egg, who is also a caveman? He seemed to be the perfect illustration for a mea culpa.
